Indigenous leadership
Internationals will lead their own churches. Each church will worship in a way that fits its culture.
Transferability
Internationals should participate in a ministry structure that they can take home. Components and strategies should be simple, doable, and reproducible without the necessity of outside resources or extended training.
Life Transformation
This is the point. Success is measured in terms of lives that have been changed by Jesus Christ. A transformed life will worship God from the heart and will be committed to the expansion of God’s kingdom.
The Word of God
The Word of God is inerrant and authoritative. It is the foundational standard for these churches.
Accountability
Individuals need someone to whom they are accountable. Churches need the same. Individuals are encouraged to meet with others for the purpose of accountability and spiritual growth. Church leaders will meet with other church leaders for the same purpose.
